I started Black Girl Biohacking with one question: what does longevity look like when we design it for ourselves?

About

Black Girl Biohacking is more than a platform — it’s a living experiment in awareness, culture, and longevity. Every article, conversation, and project reflects a belief that Black women deserve access to health insights that see us fully. This work is ongoing, collaborative, and deeply personal. Whether you’re here to learn, connect, or contribute, welcome — we’re redefining the future of wellness, together.

Black Girl Biohacking

Black Girl Biohacking (BGBH) is a wellness and longevity platform exploring how science, culture, and intentional living intersect through the lens of Black women’s health.

Our goal is simple: to make biohacking — the art and science of optimizing health — more accessible, culturally relevant, and rooted in awareness. We translate complex health concepts into meaningful insights, encouraging Black women to explore their own biology, rhythms, and data with confidence and curiosity.

At BGBH, biohacking isn’t about perfection or expensive technology. It’s about understanding your body’s patterns, your environment, and the systems that shape them. We blend ancestral wisdom, research, and modern tools to help you approach wellness from a place of empowerment and clarity.

Through the BGBH Blog, the Longevity Lens, and the upcoming podcast and book, we explore topics like fasting, cellular health, sleep, mental resilience, and everyday longevity practices — while also unpacking how policy, research, and access impact Black women’s ability to thrive.

This work is part education, part investigation, and part invitation — a space for discovery, reflection, and collective growth.
