January 2027 preview →…you doing okay?
I know the holiday season comes with a lot—demands, expectations, financial strain, and the work of caring for others. Sometimes you are so busy serving everyone else that you forget to check in with yourself. Before you know it, the season has moved on, leaving you with the wonderful moments and the weight of everything it took from you.
I’m just checking on you—to remind you to manage your capacity and check in with yourself as you care for others. The best way to serve others is to first serve yourself.
Have a wonderful holiday season.
