Dear Beautiful Black Girl,

Somewhere along the way, you may have learned to make yourself quieter.

In doctor's offices where what you felt was minimized.

In wellness spaces where the image of health rarely looked like you.

In families, workplaces and rooms where being capable slowly became an expectation that you would keep carrying more.

And somewhere inside all of that carrying, your own signals could become easier to overlook.

The heaviness. The exhaustion. The small change you noticed and dismissed. The feeling that something was different, even when you couldn't explain why.

Your body whispered. Life got loud. And you kept going.

But I want you to know something.

**You are allowed to notice yourself.**

You are allowed to become curious about the body you live in. You are allowed to ask another question. You are allowed to care about something before it becomes urgent.

You are allowed to want more than the absence of illness. You are allowed to be interested in how well you sleep, how clearly you think, how deeply you recover, how strong you feel and how your body changes across time.

That is where longevity begins for me.

With awareness. The ability to hear yourself early and often.

> I want this for you—as something worth paying attention to because your life is happening inside this body.

That is why I created Black Girl Biohacking. For you.

Here, Black women are where the conversation begins.

Your biology matters. Your culture matters. Your environment matters. Your history matters. Your pleasure matters. The way you experience care matters. And the things you notice about yourself matter, too.

Black Girl Biohacking is my invitation to explore all of it. From awareness. Because there is something worth knowing.

**You.**

## This is where Body Whispers begins

Body Whispers is the quieter room inside Black Girl Biohacking.

It is where we pay attention to the things that arrive as changes in energy, interrupted sleep, familiar tension, moments that feel different and insights that appear before we have language for them.

Sometimes the body speaks loudly. Sometimes it barely raises its voice. Either way, noticing is information.

And noticing ourselves may be one of the most useful practices we can develop.

## Beautiful Black Girl, I see you

What has been overlooked deserves attention. What has been minimized deserves curiosity. What has been quiet deserves the space to be heard.

Black Girl Biohacking offers a place where your health, your questions and your experience already belong in the conversation.

There is wisdom in learning your own patterns. There is power in knowing your numbers. There is freedom in asking better questions. There is something deeply personal about becoming familiar with the body that has carried you through every version of your life.

Maybe you begin with sleep. Maybe with your labs. Maybe with food. Maybe with your environment. Maybe you simply begin by noticing something you have been too busy to notice before.

That counts. Awareness counts.

## A love offering

Black Girl Biohacking exists because I wanted a longevity and healthspan space where Black women could find themselves clearly within the conversation.

A place intelligent enough for the research. Beautiful enough for the culture. Curious enough to keep asking. And human enough to remember that we are talking about real women living real lives inside real bodies.

This is my love offering to you.

And Body Whispers is where I will continue sitting with the quieter parts. The things we notice. The things we question. The things we finally give ourselves permission to explore.

Every whisper can begin by being heard.

Beautiful Black Girl, begin there. Begin with awareness.

*With love,*
